Older Staff, a pool of knowledge that is easily lost!
Many people look back on over 50 successful years of experience. Much knowledge they have
passed on to others already. This will be older but very often accompanied by a large pressure caused by competition from younger employees. The workplace is unsafe, because younger workers also often cheaper and physically or fiter are (at least until the first burn-out).
The potential of knowledge, contacts and experience of the older generation but is usually underestimated, not sufficiently recognized and exploited.

Anxiety and panic attacks, is it treated? Why
The anxiety and panic attacks usually come out of the blue, often the victim is not initially clear what it is. Often the beginning of an odyssey from doctor to doctor. The attacks torment the person concerned, with total helplessness, and severe physical symptoms such as palpitations or arrhythmia, sweating, choking, trembling, chest pain, and much more. Anxiety disorders often begin in childhood, later than in early adulthood, they often lead to depression, addiction, social isolation and suicide.
But whence comes this fear?
There are (depending on the scientific direction) 3 basic causes of the fear that has all the right places and absolutely justified or explained.
first identified cause (Hellinger) an interrupted "mother" relationship (less commonly father-relationship but often both simultaneously) (also called nosocomial) in early childhood, the child had very early for a long time to hospital or for any reason to other people in custody. This led to anger and this may have been suppressed, which might be reflected in panic attacks. Sexual abuse or physical abuse lead to anxiety and panic.
second identified cause can be heavy personal debt, such as abortion, inflicted fatal accident of a party, or the knowledge of a "crime" had to hide it or wanted to believe and then as an accomplice.
The 3rd Cause may be a trauma or difficult fate of the earlier generation and that should not be so rarely the case. For example, if a father or grandfather in the war in a "Erschiessungskommando" was a guard at a concentration camp, etc., or the victim of the identity, can "guilt" or fear to the children or grandchildren are passed on. There are people, of which we feel immediately understood and accepted, and in others we have the feeling they are from another planet. People are different, it is an old wisdom to know the differences is not only simple but also quite profitable.
If you know how their fellow human beings behave and why, you have a key in his hand, you can make some. The fact that you can behave your customers, employees, boss or even the partner types compared to just, you reap not only sympathy but also their consent more often, differences of opinion escalate not run the same, the debates and discussions smoothly. Which Ls Models Are Legal
Boomerang Effect ...
The common opinion is that a boomerang always returns to its thrower, but that's only partly true. The Boomerang returns that is set aside only if it has missed its target. What shall I say since then? I miss my goal when I have not formulated correctly, it does not fit, or I did not think about how it should look.
How can I stop this now? As I am a clean and clear statement of objectives'm considering whether the target is good for me if I reach it in a reasonable time and can do whatever it my environment, etc. In short
I have now a clear, perfect vision, I need to know how come I can go there. But the direct way is not always the right thing, or the fastest, sometimes you have to avoid obstacles and detours. Therefore it is important to the environment, despite the focus on the goal, not to lose sight of. Otherwise I'll
blind to the beauties of this world, other people or even other, better ways.
achieve the goals I can not de-motivate and frustrate. I always give more rapidly, therefore it is important in my life have no boomerang effect, that I may not always be first. can formulate goals
