Older Staff, a pool of knowledge that is easily lost!
Many people look back on over 50 successful years of experience. Much knowledge they have
passed on to others already. This will be older but very often accompanied by a large pressure caused by competition from younger employees. The workplace is unsafe, because younger workers also often cheaper and physically or fiter are (at least until the first burn-out).
The potential of knowledge, contacts and experience of the older generation but is usually underestimated, not sufficiently recognized and exploited.
It takes appreciation and recognition for this knowledge and experience. It is an asset that should not be underestimated. The understanding that workers will change, the older they are, is the basis for an individual assessment. keep employees up to retirement age to create a powerful and attractive working environment are necessary conditions to use the invaluable knowledge of these potential employees can use to long and successful.

Anxiety and panic attacks, is it treated? Why
The anxiety and panic attacks usually come out of the blue, often the victim is not initially clear what it is. Often the beginning of an odyssey from doctor to doctor. The attacks torment the person concerned, with total helplessness, and severe physical symptoms such as palpitations or arrhythmia, sweating, choking, trembling, chest pain, and much more. Anxiety disorders often begin in childhood, later than in early adulthood, they often lead to depression, addiction, social isolation and suicide.
But whence comes this fear?
There are (depending on the scientific direction) 3 basic causes of the fear that has all the right places and absolutely justified or explained.
first identified cause (Hellinger) an interrupted "mother" relationship (less commonly father-relationship but often both simultaneously) (also called nosocomial) in early childhood, the child had very early for a long time to hospital or for any reason to other people in custody. This led to anger and this may have been suppressed, which might be reflected in panic attacks. Sexual abuse or physical abuse lead to anxiety and panic.
second identified cause can be heavy personal debt, such as abortion, inflicted fatal accident of a party, or the knowledge of a "crime" had to hide it or wanted to believe and then as an accomplice.
The 3rd Cause may be a trauma or difficult fate of the earlier generation and that should not be so rarely the case. For example, if a father or grandfather in the war in a "Erschiessungskommando" was a guard at a concentration camp, etc., or the victim of the identity, can "guilt" or fear to the children or grandchildren are passed on. Likewise, if members were beaten, tortured, raped or kidnapped, it could be a trigger.
Now how is it treated?
