I'm not (strictly to grimace, Hebner hats almost taken over only).
vegetables but eat, and fish oil, and so some things are not so expensive. ok, the flesh or what there was so ... do not know whether this is significant. ... I have no money to stop.

I like that. eg I take with the greatest oil EPA (EISOSAPENTAENSÄURE) share (90%) and that mixing eg with avocado and lemon juice to salt mash something. a super delicious sandwich spread:)!

ok, avocado, not cheap.
and ok for the EPA capsules I paid about 70 cents per 1 g EPA (EISOSAPENTAENSÄURE).
ergo 1 + eu avokado almost 1 eu EPA (fish oil capsule about 95% EPA .. not from the supermarket!) + Bread = 2 €
the breakfast ... fehtl nor fruit ... clear.

may not yet any clear I do know.

For cookies and cakes finished you have to be very careful.
